  • Our track team hasn’t had a home track meet in over 10 years
  • In the last 5 years the boys’ and girls’ tennis teams have not hosted a “Home” tennis match at our facility.
  • You can fit tennis balls inside the cracks of our tennis courts.
  • The swim locker rooms were closed by the health department in February 2008 due to the poor conditions.
  • The current swimming pool was built over 30 years ago.

It once consisted of 4-lanes of cinders and is now down to 1-lane of dirt. Over the years, due to the deteriorating conditions of the track, it no longer meets Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association and league standards. Thus our track team that consistently has over 60 student/athletes hasn’t had a home track meet in over 10 years. While the constant travel has increased, it has also deprived our parents and fans the opportunity to see a home track meet and support the track program.
